Autocratic- strict, make all decisions, in total control<z><z> Democratic- make decisions with players, more relaxed environment<z><z> Laisse faire- relaxed, don’t care much<z><z>Autocratic: you would use this style when the children 1st show up, this is about the time you want control to organize the children, set down rules and start games <z><z>Democratic: this the style you would use when you were picking teams or introducing new rules into a drill. This style allows for the teams input <z><z>Laisse Faire: This is for after training when your just mucking around with the children.

To me coaching sporting teams is about developing talent and have the most fun possible. winning is definitely not everything. accepting rules and decisions made by the officials are something that all children should be taught at a young age. heyy this is were ill b posting my sports coaching work enjoy! |
